Tone Your Legs For Summer
Last year I was invited back for the 3rd time by Breakfast TV Calgary to do a segment on toning your legs for summer.
Leg exercises are some of my favorite to share so when I had the opportunity to give a few suggestions on air, I jumped at the opportunity (sick and all!-please excuse the sniffles)
Here are 3 different ways that you can quickly tone the legs whether its at home in front of the TV, a quick workout while the baby sleeps (or better yet, use the baby as your weight) or first thing in the morning before you head to work.

Don’t forget that diet is key! In order to maintain those toned and shapely legs you MUST eat right. Overeating, yo-yo dieting and eating the wrong foods will contribute to why you cannot achieve that tight and toned look.
