With the recent expansion of my coaching, I have decided along with Australian coach, Sarah and Singapore coach, Katherine to launch a 30 day liveFIT starter pack. The starter pack is for anyone who wants to kick-start their fitness journey. We want to give an option to women who are a bit intimated to fully take on a 12 week coaching program and need the confidence boost in themselves to realize what they are truly capable of. This program encompasses what we believe in and how we coach all of our clients – to find balance.
