For over a decade I have held transformation challenges and have been committed to helping women Find Balance through my online coaching system where these women have seen success both through the body and mind. With over 800 women who have been through my program, my challenges have changed lives (and bodies), PLUS each lucky winner has received the opportunity to join me for a week in the Cayman Islands. Here’s how it works:
Join the 6 or 12-week Mind-Body Nutrition Transformation Challenge and surround yourself with like-minded women
Each participant will do an initial face-to-face discovery session with me so that I can create all of the programs according to their lifestyle and what will work best for them – no cookie cutter programs here.
You will then be set up on my private app where you will have full access to me, can upload your pictures, sync your Fitbit, find a library of workout videos to go with your program and check in with me each week.
Each week the participants will check in with me via email through the app and we will communicate through email on how the week went, any concerns or wins and make any changes necessary for the coming week in order to achieve your goals.
A private Facebook group will be created so that the participants can get to know each other (you don’t have to engage in the group chats if you don’t want to – each to their own), share recipe ideas, NSV (non-scale victories), and most importantly you will be able to tune in LIVE each week as I discuss a topic from my 6 week Mind-Body Nutrition e-Course covering everything from body image, fatigue, digestion, weight struggles, binge eating, overeating and more.
At the end of the challenge all of the participants will be required to submit their before and after shots (all of this is private and will not be shown anywhere unless the participant allows) where one lucky winner will receive either 12-weeks of my full one-on-one coaching program OR a trip to the Lagom Wellness Retreat in the Cayman Islands. Grand prize is based on which transformation challenge you are doing.

Cost to join is $625 or $1250 USD.
~ I’ve realized that we shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves. Everyone is on their own health journey. It’s important to stop wanting to look a certain way and to start loving your own body for what it is.
~ I learned that I was emotional eating and it became very apparent the reasons why. I was so used to not listening to my body and what it was trying to tell me. I was trying to push away feelings that I thought were too much to deal with.
~ Learning about intuitive eating was big for me. I am so used to thinking I shouldn’t have something as it is not on my plan. If I cheated then I would go way over, binge and beat myself up over it. I feel that I have a better understanding of food, why I eat, why I was craving what I was craving. I enjoyed the segment on Rhythm and being present.
~ I have since slowed down and am enjoying the tastes and textures of food.
~ I had several AHA moments, like when you asked us to remember the moment that you started disliking your body or learning that my body is where it is for a reason and taking the time to understand that reason. Plus, that it’s okay to stay still for a while with your weight.
~ It was very eye-opening. I know that you’ve told me before but I felt like I really heard it this time about why we hold onto our weight (holding on to emotions)
