Different Women, Same Vision
Throughout the years of being a coach, I have worked very hard to focus on the personal well-being of each and every one of my clients. Nutrition and training programs are just a small part of the actual coaching that I do on a daily basis.
My mission is to get to know each client on a personal level. I want them to feel comfortable enough to share their story with me, but also the world, as I feel that is how we each become inspired daily. We each look for that one little thing to keep us going when we feel everything around us is falling apart. We want to be able to feel we can relate, not feel alone and like we are the only ones dealing with whatever issue it is that we are faced with.
I cannot tell you the amount of stories that I have heard over the years in my coaching. So many have been faced with some incredibly difficult challenges in life but have overcome this through finding themselves and finding balance in their own personal health and wellness journeys.
Different women, same vision. These 3 women are true inspirations!
Clients that have made an impact not only in my life but to others around them and have now had the opportunity to share their stories internationally through the Canadian publication, Inside Fitness Women.
If you are not familiar with their stories, I encourage you to check out the issues:
In the January 2016 issue featuring Michelle Lewin on the cover, client Lindsay Jean shared her weight loss story which lead her to opening up about not only her struggle with losing over 70lbs but also her infertility and PCOS that she silently suffered with for so many years.
The March 2016 issue featuring Paige Hathaway, highlighted my client and long time friend, Dannielle Gustafson. Dannielle and I had been working together for over 3 years when she hit her 100lbs weight loss. Dannielle’s weight gain was from years of putting her own needs on the back burner. Throughout our time working together, we faced many bumps in the road, but over time and along with consistency, Dannielle achieved her goal not only on the scale but by finding herself.
The most recent issue with Jennifer Van Barneveld-Pe gracing the cover featured my client Jessie Berzins. Jessie shares her near death experience after a head injury and sinus infection that lead to bacterial meningitis and almost took her life. Jessie has recovered and throughout our time working together and she has been able to gain her confidence back, step on stage and make a brave career move.
Different women but all with the same vision – finding balance in their lives. Through the trials and tribulations, these women overcame so much in our time together and I am incredibly proud not only as a coach but as their friend to see them share their stories in hopes that it will inspire others to do so as well.
