Curves Are In!
Curves are in and I love it! I love that women want to see more full, tight and toned bodies. With so much emphasis these days on the ‘butt selfie’, I was asked last year to share some of my tips to getting more of that curve in the rear.
One of the best investments that you can make is to get yourself a set of resistance bands. They are cheap, lightweight and can be found at any sporting store.
Last year I was featured on Breakfast TV Calgary with Tara Slone, showing a few moves that one can do to help activate the glutes. Something you can do daily. For most of us, this area never fires or we don’t know how to fire them properly. Adding in a great glute and legs program along with the proper nutrition, you will start to see some changes and create those curves in all the right places
